Happy Diaries: A Day With The Flowers, A Few Thoughts (As USUAL) + Other Things!
Hello and happy Saturday everyone! I hope all is well! I don't know about you guys but I am super glad that it is finally the weekend! I know that I say this every single week BUT I am really excited to see Saturday this week! There's not really any specific reason other than the fact that I want to get in my bed and be ugly for the weekend! Ha But we all know that I cannot do that because I have waaay too much that I need to cross off of my list before August ends! Debate with me all you want about this but not other month moved as fast as August did, or am I the only one that feels this way? #therealstruggle
Anyways, enough about that, I decided that I would pop on here and share a few things that have made me happy this week! There is nothing more special than the other, just a little collection of thoughts and feelings that I have accumulated this past week! As usual, ya girl is gonna have a whole lot to say so just grab a cup of coffee and get ready for your little Saturday morning read! Enjoy y'all! :)
Happy Diaries
- First things first, I just want to say that I went into Walmart and I saw that they have their pumpkins spice creamer out. Of course, I didn't buy it because I am def not ready for it but it was very tempting. Fall is my favorite time of the year right before Christmas and I look forward to it every single year but not this early yall! Ha! #SLOWDOWNALITTLE
- I cleaned out my closet from all of those ratty summer clothes I have been wearing and making room for the new! I can honestly say that I am one of those people that will wear my outfits down the ground because I am a firm believer in getting my monies worth! Ha! However, I must say that I am very glad to be out looking for new outfits to wear next season! Better early than late am I right?
- I watched my first Asian film with subtitles and all was going soooo well until I got to the ending! SO BRUTAL! If you're interested in watching it it's called One Day on Netflix and I promise you won't regret it! Or will you?
- This weekend I decided to take a little stroll around town and fell in love with a few flowers! I decided to buy a nice little plant for my desk to remember the last days of summer and I just love the way it looks in my room!
- Tonight my mama cooked an amazing pot of chili and it was the perfect way to end the day!
- $5 must be my blessing number because I swear I am always finding things for that price! Anyways, I found the cutest pair of pink shoes for you guessed it, $5! Ha! What a steal!
- I tried this new Oreo/Chips Ahoy hybrid ice cream recently and it was amazing! Just so you know, I am a birthday cake flavor kinda girls so this was totally out of my comfort zone but still very much worth the try! I would def buy it again in the future! So yummy!
- I have decided that since the weather will be turning in the next couple of weeks I am going to get started on my annual failure of growing my bangs out again! Wish me luck yall! Ha!
- Recently I have been receiving bad headaches again but thankfully I began to drink a bit of water and it helped out tremendously! The weather is brutal, drink your water guys!
- My mama purchased the wrong makeup color and decide that I could return it and get the one that matches my skin tone! Look at those blessings in disguise! Ha!
- I cleared out the caches on my computer :) #enoughsaid
- My phone was behind on an update and I decided to FINALLY get it out of the way and now I don't have to look at that stupid little red button taunting me every day of my life! Ha!
