Quick Outfit Of The Day: Red Dress, My Fav Booties & New Handbag
Hello and Happy Weekend Everyone: Outfit Edition
I know you guys haven't seen this little denim jacket on the blog for a while but here it is! A denim jacket is my go-to piece all year around but it was just in the last few months that I had fallen out of love with them. I was so over denim jackets that I almost gathered every last one that I owned and was on my way to donate them to the thrift store. Ha! Anyways, I am glad that I didn't because as soon as I threw on this little dress all I wanted to pair it with was a little denim jacket! I decided to go with a darker form-fitting jacket to bring together the look of the purse and the shoes. The theme of the night was casual/cute and I think I did a pretty good job seeing as I put this together very last minute.
And let's talk about this lovely red dress! I purchased this little beauty at the last minute off of the clearance rack at Tarjay! You guys know I love a sale and I found this one for only $6! I love it because not only can it be worn during the winter with a pair of leggings but it's going to be super cute for the spring/summer as well! I am trying to purchase a few pieces that can go on into the next season because I do not want to wait until the last minute to shop for what I need! But, that's another post for another day....trust me!
Before I leave I just want to say that I also scored this cute little handbag from Tarjay as well. Now, I normally wouldn't buy my purses from there but I couldn't leave this one on the shelf. Not only was this purse $10 but it can also be worn with and without the strap! I normally always opt to buy a black purse but this year I want to branch out with my style this year! My personal style has always been a journey and I can't wait to see what happens this year! I have never put myself in a box when it comes to what I wear so this should be very interesting! Are you guys experimenting with any new outfits this year? Let me know below!
