The Thrifted Bag: Whats Old To YOU Is New To Me!
Hey guys and welcome to a brand new blog post! How's it going!? I decided to take a little stroll outside and I am so happy that I did! I decided to pop into a little thrift store to find a little handbag for the weekend and to my surprise, there were some really good options out there. You guys know I love me a good brown bag so when I laid my eyes on this you know I had to make a run for it!
The one thing I love the most about this handbag is all of the little details! I love that this bag mimicked a weaving style so that means that it is going to match my boho chic style perfectly!
Another one of my favorite details is the little gold chains that hold the bag together! I don't know about you guys but I am a total sucker for gold accent pieces and I just feel like the rings on this handbag added a perfect touch!
I guess you can already tell that this is going to be my go-to handbag of the summer....but can you really blame me? LOL! I hate to be that person but it's just when I find something I love I can't help but restyle it over and over again! That's why I ONLY spend my money on items that I truly love because I already know I am going to wear it to shreds! Ha!
Anyways, I am very glad I was able to snag this bag! Do you guys wanna hear a secret? I have NEVER been good at finding handbags at the thrift store and I just recently got very good at it! Yup, its the truth! The only handbags that I would ever find were my patchwork handbags but I never branched outside of that style, to be honest. I had to really train myself to think outside of the box and truly envision myself wearing different types of handbags! It wasn't easy but the more I stepped outside of my comfort zone the more I was able to fall in love with different purses in the thrift stores around me!
Anyways, that;'s just a little spiel about the purse I bought today! What do you guys think about it? Was it a good purchase or not! Let me know in the comments down below! See you tomorrow!
