Life Is Everything But An Open Book
Life Is Everything But An Open Book
Hey guys, I thought I would just hop on the blog and chat with you guys today. I don't have anything in particular to say but that's because there hasn't been anything out of the ordinary going on! I am currently drinking a cup of coffee and watching a movie called Age of Adaline! Have you guys ever seen that? I swear is my new favorite movie next to The Photograph and The Notebook! Anyways, the movie is about this woman who is driving in her car, and it starts to snow (in a sweltering climate), and her car crashes, and she is struck by lightning! Anyways, when the lightning hits her, she is frozen in time, and she doesn't age a day past 29! As time goes on she starts to look younger than her daughter and they flee town where she meets a man and falls in love! The man plans on proposing to her BUT she ditches him because she doesn't want her to identity to be found out! But in a strange turn of events, she meets someone else 40 years later and falls in love AGAIN and she goes to meet his parents and GUESS WHAT! His dad is the man she ditched 40 years ago! How crazy is that! The movie is wild YET fascinating and I would highly suggest you give it a watch! I could barely eat my dinner because I was so obsessed with what would happen next!
Anyways, I don't know how I got off on that little tangent but welcome to the world of my blog! Ha! You know life can be quite surprising like that, one minute you're thinking one thing and the next you're chatting about an entirely different conversation! Life has been pretty crazy for the world lately but I know we will make it through! Grant it, there is not much we can control right now but that doesn't mean that its a bad thing. I can't speak for anyone else but I know for a fact that I had too much on my plate and now I feel like I can navigate to the next phase of life now that I have had a little bit of extra time on my hands! I have been using this time to also rest, journal, read, and make my plans for the rest of the year. Since this has to be our new normal I may as well start to make a few changes instead of waiting for all of this to blow over! Nothing in life is solved overnight and that's just a lesson I have had to learn all over again this year! I guess what I'm trying to stay is everything in life isn't an open book and sometimes you have to turn to a different page! Right now I am on page "tie up loose ends before I enter my 30's because things are getting real"! LOL! Anyways, what page are you looking forward to for the rest of 2020? Let me know in the comments down below!
Always Living and Forever Learning,
