Bedroom Sneak Peek: My Spring Decor (Cozy and Chic) Style
Hey guys and welcome to a brand new blog post! How's it going!? I know I am doing very good! I am just sitting here in my newly decorated room thanks to being bored at home! Ha! I thought today would be an amazing day to do a little room tour of how my little space is looking at the moment! I added a few new pieces, and I also did a little switcheroo with a couple of items in my room and I couldn't be happier with it! One thing I have learned is that during this time where we are all spending a lot of time in our homes I really wanted to spend some time making my bedroom space feel comfy and cozy! I can honestly say that I spend the most time in my room more than any other space in the house so you know I had to make it feel better than a princess palace! Ha! Well, enough about how much I am loving my room right now, and let's move on to the room tour shall we?
Ok, you guys, one of the best parts about my bed is probably the comforter that I found recently! As soon as I saw it I instantly fell in love because it gives off the perfect vintage vibes and has my favorite colors of all time! Pink! I also love that It has little accents of different style fonts, Parisian lingo, and of course different sized stamps as ambiance!
I ALWAYS have a pair of slippers next to my bed because I do NOT like to walk around barefoot! I swear I buy a new pair every single month and these are a brand new set just waiting to welcome my feet in the morning! LOL!
Also, my comforter set came with two pillowcases, a pink one and a Paris themed one and I LOVE the way it makes the bed come alive! I decided to go out and add the extra pink pillows so that it can make my bed look fuller and I think it added the perfect touch!
I also decided to add this chair to the side of my bed so that I can have somewhere to sit and blog or read during different times of the day! The chair is super comfortable BUT I just wanted to add a little throw blanket to the top of it so that it can really pull together the cream colors from my bed and I am glad I made that decision! Honestly, this little spot may just be my favorite part of the room because it has the best view of the television and a direct facing towards the kitchen for those midnight snacks! Ha!
I added this plant to the other side of my bed because it just felt undeniably empty right there! I couldn't think of anything that would fit there and not feel overbearing other than a faux plant and in the end, I think I made the right decision! What yall think? Should I add something else or is the plant just fine?
One of my favorite parts about my room is also this texas styled wall art that just shares the NSEW symbols circled around a star! This may be the most TEXAN thing I own in my life and I am not ashamed about it!
