All Black Feels VERY Befitting For The Occasion

Hey guys and welcome to a brand new blog post! I am just up and tapping away on the blog while I down my second cup of coffee for the day! Anyways, I was up and moving around through my closet and thought I would share how I plan to style this dress when were allowed out to play again!

I remember I thrifted this dress sometime back in January when I went back home to Shreveport, Louisiana and I have pretty much been in love with it ever since I purchased it. Now normally I am not an "all black" wear-er but it was winter time and that's normally when I  start to dress in pretty neutral colors because it's just easier to manage. Now that we are trucking along through spring I am experimenting with the different ways I can style this dress up and make it feel a bit more colorful!

Strangely enough, I don't have as many colorful shoes as id like and I plan to change that pretty soon! I recently did a big purge of my closet and Lord knows my shoe game isn't as fierce as my outfit game is! I think a lot of that has to do with the fact that I pretty much wear the same shoes with everything mainly because I don't spend much time browsing in the shoe department like I used to ya know?

Needless to say, my first mission of the April 30th will def be to find some colorful shoes to go with this dress! I am thinking of a nice orange pair, or maybe even yellow? What do you guys think? Let me know in the comments down below? See you guys around!
