Evening Coffee Chats: Enjoying The Leaves Falling And A Few Other Thoughts!
Hey guys and welcome back to the blog! I am currently sitting on the bed, sipping a cup of coffee and pretty much trying to get my life together for the next few days. I feel like I have been doing a pretty good job at getting ready for the New Year and even though I am tired I do feel rather accomplished!!
Normally, I wouldn't fret too much about the New Year but since it is the end of a decade I do think I want to take this year a little bit more seriously than usual. Not that I haven't been doing that as much as before but I truly feel like 2020 is going to be something special and I want to be prepared to see it happen! Sigh, I don't want to go too deep into that but just know I am getting my thoughts together about a few things. I can honestly say that I did succeed in most of my goals for 2019 and I don't expect 2020 to be any different! However, I am not going to be rushing into anything anytime soon and I definitely plan on taking it nice and slow! I don't know if it's the crazy weather that has me talking crazy lately but this girl is embracing the changes of life and welcoming them with open arms!
With the rain falling hard outside and the leaves falling I can already sense the need of experiencing a fresh start in life! I used to be one of those people that loathed seasons like this but I can honestly say that now it just makes me feel peace and happiness! Sometimes when It rains it just motivates me to crawl into bed with a warm cup of coffee and a good book to read until I fall asleep! Sometimes you just need more days to relax and just enjoy the simple moments around us! Anyways, enough yapping for the day, I just wanted to pop over onto the blog and share a few words and thoughts. But before I leave, what have you guys been doing to bring peace into your lives? Let me know in the comments down below!
