Monday Motivation: Ready To Slay November, Staying Motivated + Other Life Things!
Hello and Happy Monday everyone! I know Monday's are kinda strange for some people but I have been really enjoying them lately! This Monday, in particular, is a very busy day because ya girl has a lot of things that she has to accomplish before November decides to slide out the DM's and I have to take advantage of each day accordingly! Anyways, other than that I am just trying to stay motivated so that I can finally make it to the end of the year! Here are some ways I plan to keep it together this month!
Getting My Life Together
- Making lists! Yall, making lists have always been my go-to thing to get my life together and this month is going to be no different! Every week I have been writing down all of the small things that I feel like I may forget and it has been helping me keep my life afloat!
- I have also been waking up early in the morning to make sure that I am not waking up in a bad mood! I don't know about you guys but when you wake up in a bad mood it really offsets my days! Now that I make sure I have enough time so that I can pray, get a little bit of extra rest, and check a few things with the blog before I head to bed!
- I know this may seem like a small thing but I have been making sure that I have enough time in the day to have my coffee at home in the morning! I have been trying to cut back on spending money so that I can apply it to other parts of my life and it has been really working for me! Just think about it, if you spend about $15 a week on coffee then that's money that you can spend towards your wardrobe or bills! When I think about it this way it makes me feel like I am really accomplishing things towards the New Year which is a plus!
- I don't know why this has been super helpful for me but ya girl has been cleaning out her wardrobe and she has been feeling liberated because of it! A clean closet means a clean slate if you ask me!
- And the last thing that I have been doing is making sure that I have been spending less time on the internet and more time on my goals! According to my phone, it says my average screen time a day is a little under two hours which is a major plus! I want to try to get it down to one hour which means I am going to have to cut back even more! Do you guys think I can do it?
