I Am Addicted To The Coffee, Cheese Danishes And Misspelled Names! How Hard Can Carey Be?

The last of summer is slowly slipping out of my fingers and I don't think I can handle it much longer! Grant it, it's still hot enough to grab snow cones on the regular BUT if you let the internet tell it then Christmas will be here by next week! Ha! I think that just comes with the territory of the holidays rolling around as usual! Anyways, that's not even the point of this post but as usual, but let's just roll with it k? Anyways, today I was just bopping around tying up a few loose ends from the week and decided I should indulge in a nice iced coffee! I did my usual and rolled up in Starbucks like I owned the joint and order my caramel iced macchiato with whipped cream on top. Soooooo Yummy!

This is by far one of my favorite drinks that Starbucks has to offer! I rarely step outside of my comfort zone because my biggest fear is getting one of those weird concoctions that they have been coming up with lately. I am sure the kids love em but I think I'll pass on anything unicorn flavored at the moment!

PS: has anyone ever had their cheese danish before? If you haven't then you are surely missing out! This is one of my favorite threats to get with my coffee year-round and it never ceases to amaze me with its yumminess! I always order mine extra toasted so that it can stay warm while I continue to drink my coffee. Fun Fact: this was my go-to breakfast throughout all of college and today was the first time that I have had it in a long while and it totally reminded me of those days when I would be late to ballet just to get my coffee and cheese danish! Ha, life was seemed so much simpler back then!

Not that Starbucks has ever spelled anyone name correctly but I am wondering why is it so hard to spell Carey right? I can understand fumbling around Sha'Carey but Carey? Why does everyone always drop the E in my name? Like what's up with that? I guess it's better than the constant flub of spelling it as Kerry am I right? I know it's not about the spelling of the name but for them to remember the order but I would like for the baristas to get it right at least once in my lifetime! Ha!

But other than my little name flub, I am excited to be back out in the city and enjoying my coffee dates again! I was getting a little anxious with not having it lately but now I am back in full swing and ready to slay the last little bit of summer while I can!
